I truly enjoy training, motivating and educating my clients on all aspects of fitness, including cardio-endurance, muscular strength and endurance, and flexibility. I develop individualized and effective exercise programs that best meet each client's distinctive background and goals, whether it be weight loss or sports-specific training. My business is based on the belief that my client's needs are of the utmost importance. I am committed to meeting those needs. As a result, a high percentage of my business is from repeat customers and referrals.

At typical workout begins with a five minute warm-up and stretching. The next 45 minutes is spent doing high intensity strength training. Then we end with stretches.
