Hey there! Where to begin!? I started my fitness journey when I was 13 (I am 28 now). I trained in Taekwondo. I became a Blackbelt about 4 years later. I became an assistant instructor and started teaching classes there. At the same time, I started going to the gym and working out (this is in high school) for wrestling season in 12th grade. Also at the same time, I became a lifeguard, swim coach, and water safety instructor. I taught many classes with ages ranging from 4 years old to 50 years old. I also did wrestling my senior year of high school. I then went to college and became the President of the Taekwondo Team . I taught classes there and competed in sparring against other schools. I was always a skinny kid and always had a difficult time gaining weight and muscle, but I actually managed to gain 15lbs of muscle while keeping my speed and agility. I wanted to learn more about training and fitness so I then became a NASM CPT. I love teaching, listening, helping others lose weight, gain muscle and accomplish any and all of their fitness goals. Recently, me and my business partner created a 12 Week Course to help men and women gain lean muscle without giving up the food they love, plus building their mindset to sustain a healthy lifestyle. What to Expect

The sessions can and will vary depending on the fitness level of the client and what type of training they prefer. If they prefer little to no talking, we can do that. A general session will be this: We will spend the first couple minutes talking about the last session, how the client is feeling, what they liked/didn't like, their progress and what they can expect from this session. We will then warm up and stretch (both are very important). We will then go into our workout. I will encourage, push and compliment the client throughout the entire session. I will demonstrate any and all exercises the client needs to see. We will then do a cool down exercise or two, stretch, and talk about how they feel and what they thought about it. I will go over what they did well and what they can slightly improve on. We will then schedule our next session.

I helped one of my friends Mark in college lose 10+ lbs over the course of the semester. I helped my friend Antonina lose 5 lbs and tone up working out 1x a week virtually for a couple months! In our 12 week course, we helped our friend Sam lose 33lbs! We helped our friend Ian gain 10lbs of muscle!

Shawn is a fantastic trainer with years of experience. Shawn was able to customize my training plan to ensure that I met my physical goals without putting stress on my previous sports related injuries. Our sessions are generally an hour long starting with a warm up and stretching then moving into the main workout. The great thing about Shawn is that we never do the same workout twice. We have done a wide range of trainings including: TKD, HIT, and even Olympic Lifting. I have lost weight and toned my body significantly since I started working with him. He is dedicated to his clients and is always attentive to their needs. I would highly recommend working with Shawn.
