My name is Shawn. I am 22-years-old with a beautiful wife and 7 month old son. I worked in a hospital for a couple of years until I decided to follow my passion in fitness . I love weights and helping people reach their goals and helping them achieve a healthier lifestyle. I have been training clients for over a year and have many success stories already. Shawn has been my trainer for the last 9 months - we started out with strengthening my 53 year old body then moved onto building.
I really enjoyed working out with Shawn he is a true professional that knows his stuff and how to work the different muscle groups with the machines and free weights .
I know I have achieved my goals and more with the knowledge that I have gained from working out with him.
I would recommend Shawn to anyone wanting more from they're workouts, when I started with Shawn I told him what I wanted to achieve he listened came up with a plan and as I progressed changed my workouts to push me further (but only if I wanted and I did), I feel lucky to of had him as my trainer.
Shawn and I have been working out for a while. Traditionally do 1 hour sessions where it's a complete focused training session. Good personality and likes to crack jokes but when it's time to put in work he will push you to the breaking point. Never in a rush and always more than willing to hang out after with you and shoot some hoops.
