Shawn has been my trainer for the last 9 months - we started out with strengthening my 53 year old body then moved onto building.
I really enjoyed working out with Shawn he is a true professional that knows his stuff and how to work the different muscle groups with the machines and free weights .
I know I have achieved my goals and more with the knowledge that I have gained from working out with him.
I would recommend Shawn to anyone wanting more from they're workouts, when I started with Shawn I told him what I wanted to achieve he listened came up with a plan and as I progressed changed my workouts to push me further (but only if I wanted and I did), I feel lucky to of had him as my trainer.
Shawn and I have been working out for a while. Traditionally do 1 hour sessions where it's a complete focused training session. Good personality and likes to crack jokes but when it's time to put in work he will push you to the breaking point. Never in a rush and always more than willing to hang out after with you and shoot some hoops. Would recommend Shawn 10 out of 10 times to anybody whether your a beginner at working out or if your familiar with the fitness scene.
I have Shawn 2x a week for 1/2 hour. We will do the areas I want to see results in. He does an amazing job!!!
Great trainer and very knowledgeable. Knows his stuff when it comes to fitness including health and meal plans. Knows how to set up a great fitness plan for whatever you need.
