I’m Shawn / N.A.S.M. Certified Personal Fitness Trainer and iCore specialist, martial arts instructor and lecturer, INBF bodybuilder, expert fitness coach. I currently hold two personal trainers certificates.

Introductions and assessment gathering to determine the best training course for there session. Detail instructions and a work-a-long with myself to ensure all techniques are approachable and capable. Plenty of functional and actionable training programs.
