MY STORY: HOW IT ALL BEGAN After graduating with a 4.0 as a premed student, I decided not to pursue medicine (wasn't my passion) and moved to LA with $400 and no job. Working only side jobs and struggling to figure myself out, I was left pretty unmotivated, uncertain about my life, and lost. I decided to study and learn from the most successful people in the areas I cared about the most-- fitness, psychology, happiness/fulfillment, finances, business. Only working side jobs I managed to save 40k in the first 2.5 years, transformed my physique, began investing rental properties and property flips, and built a coaching business helping others transform their lives etc. Now I have over 130k invested in property flips and rental properties and have continued to grow my business to new levels helping many transform their lives.

What to Expect

I focus on the 3 major components to creating Fitness transformation. 1) Effective and fun workouts 2) Nutrition regimen with 0 food restrictions-- allowing clients to eat foods they love and crave 3) Transformation Psychology- we explore psychology to creating LASTING change, success, and fulfillment in fitness and life. First we get an idea of where you are and where you want to be. We begin mapping out a plan/regimen centered around your lifestyle and workout/food preferences. We also begin learning and exploring the psychology behind creating success in fitness and life. Many of my clients love exploring where their limiting beliefs are, creating new neuroassociations so they can stop procrastinating and create follow through, etc. My team and I focus a lot on giving well rounded and high quality attention to each client to allow them to CRUSH their goals.
