About Me

Hi, my name is Shaun. One morning I woke up and looked at myself in the mirror. As a former college athlete, I was disappointed and ashamed at what I had become. I was 35 lbs. overweight. I lacked energy. I lacked motivation. Tired of being "who I am," I decided I would make a change.

I began going to the gym two days a week. Then three. Then four. Soon, the gym was my sanctuary. My place of respite. I noticed a renewed feeling for my life. I became a better "me." Working out wasn't just about the physical change. It was mental. It was psychological. It was spiritual. It was everything that our lives were meant to be.

My passion for personal training comes from wanting others to experience this same feeling. To make a change in his/her life for the better. To get the most out of themselves. To help them become the person that they dream of.

Everyone deserves happiness in his or her life, and everyone deserves people who will help to make them happy!

What to Expect

Clients can expect an emphasis on the "personal" aspect of personal training. My ultimate goal is to make the training experience as enjoyable as possible. I push my clients to go beyond their perceived limits; I strongly believe that all of my clients have the capacity to do exceedingly above and beyond what they believe that they're capable of and that the only constraints are the ones they put on themselves. Oh yeah. I love doing all of this with a smile!

I offer many options to my training programs. Like working out on your own and just need direction? I've got an answer for that. Require more face-to-face time from a trainer? Can do that too. What about a hybrid model? Yep. Got it!
