About Me

I am a former collegiate athlete who played for the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where I received my degree in Exercise Sport Science.
I am currently working as a tutor and mentor for young high school students.
I work with young football players that are looking to elevate their game to the next level.
I was a personal trainer in the state of North Carolina before moving to Florida.
I specialize in weight training, speed and agility training, basketball, football, plyometrics, core, joint and hip stability.
I have experience working with senior adults and people that have lingering injuries.
I pride myself in helping people achieve their goals. This brings me great pleasure.

I had a client last year that was in her late 60s who was having knee problems and back problems. I was told by previous trainers that she was very hard to work with due to her attitude. I decided to take a chance on her and it was one of the highlights of my personal training career. She told me I was the first trainer to actually take the time to get to know her background story and what led her up to where she is today. She always mentioned how much she loved to hike and walk around the mountain areas in Chapel Hill. One of her main goals was to walk up and down without using the rails and to also not take so many breaks in between. After working with her for about 3-4 weeks, she came to me with so much joy and told me she hiked with no problems in her knees and her back. She also told me that she did not fatigue easily either. Even though I had moved to another state, she stays in contact with me tells all her stories about her fitness journey and family.
