I am a mobile personal trainer and I train my clients at their condo gym or if they do not have one, at a local park bringing my own equipment. I have been involved in fitness for over 20 years and I have been working with all kind of people: with disabilities, fitness enthusiasts, those new to exercise, busy professionals, CEOs, moms, elderly up to recreational and elite level athletes. I worked in both the clinical, sports and recreational settings as a dietitian, personal trainers and strength and conditioning coach. All this combined experience allow me to work with all kind of people. I help young, old, men and women from all walk of life not only to get in their best shape but also to feel better and to build good nutrition and lifestyle habits.
