During this time I have completed my degree in applied nutrition, picked up certifications through American College of Sports Medicine as a certified personal trainer, American Counsel on Exercise as a Health Coach, Titelist Performance Institute Level 1 Golf Fitness Instructor and have completed both Mat 1 and Mat 2 courses through Power Pilates. Training is my passion! I love educating clients on proper form techniques, nutrition and how to change behaviors in order to live your healthiest life! I structure my workouts based on your individual needs and add variety so you never get bored. I also think that we shouldn't take ourselves too seriously so expect a workout leaving you feeling positive and energized for the rest of the day!
I was able to rehabilitate a client who lost balance and motor control on his left side after having a neck surgery. This client was previously a Marine, a three time IronMan and an all around endurance lover. When I met him he had little ability to even walk a straight line and run across the street. After many sessions, dedication, and some laughs he was on the right track. A little less than a year and he was back to running 5k's and 10k's, biking 100 miles, and walking his dogs through the woods.
