About Me

Hi! I'm an Ohio native now living in Atlanta. I've been a trainer for more than 13 years and and group fitness instructor for 15. No kids, but I do have my 3 cats and 3 pups, they are my fur babies! I adore animals, am a neat freak, and very passionate about fitness and nutrition. I'm the oldest of six kids and have a huge family, all of whom are back in Ohio.

What to Expect

I'm a high-energy trainer who loves to mix things up. I use a combo of high-intensity interval training, yoga and Pilates, core strengthening, and weight lifting to keep things fun and challenging. Don't let that scare you! I've worked with people of all ages and fitness levels.

Client Success Story

My biggest success story is actually my sister! She was diagnosed with high blood pressure at just 22 years old. She is only 5 feet 1 inch and weighed around 220 lbs. I sat her down and explained to her that I loved her and I was scared for her. We had a cry and then got started. We worked, she worked, she cussed at me, and we pushed on. One year and 8 months later was her wedding and she was down 70 lbs and at the 18 month mark, she was down to 130 lbs. I'm proud to say she's kept it off and has found her balance in the food she eats and the workouts she does.
