About Me

I am currently the owner of Fitness Methods Personal Training in Houston, Texas and a consultant for fitness centers throghout the Southern United States. I am committed to the success and well being of my clients and enjoy helping them attain their fitness goals. I hold NASM, ACSM, ACE, ACE-CMES and ISSA certifications. I train in my facility and several buildings downtown.

I am poised to help you attain a level of fitness you may not have thought possible. Whether you desire a new method of attaining your fitness goals or are in need of physical rehabilitation, you are invited to experience my approach to fitness.

Please note the rate for me to travel to you is $80.

Every session will be specifically designed for the individual. It will be structured around their fitness goals, strengths and areas in need of improvement. These methods help my clients achieve their personal fitness goals more quickly, efficiently, and most important...safely!

Recently started training with Shane and I am so pleased with his training style. He has tailored a regiment specifically for me and my fitness goals. I can definitely feel the areas I want to pin point being worked! He is also very understanding of crazy work schedules and overall life.
