I am currently the owner of Fitness Methods Personal Training in Houston, Texas and a consultant for fitness centers throghout the Southern United States. I am committed to the success and well being of my clients and enjoy helping them attain their fitness goals. I hold NASM, ACSM, ACE, ACE-CMES and ISSA certifications. I train in my facility and several buildings downtown. I am poised to help you attain a level of fitness you may not have thought possible.
