About Me

Certified in 1991, I was the owner of The Baton Rouge Fitness Center for over 16 years and a National Fitness Educator. I traveled the country as part of the National Fitness Convention Circuit. During this time I conducted personal training sessions, motivational speaking seminars, and fitness classes for clients and fitness instructors from around the United States and 38 different countries. I have been featured on MTV due to the success of my clients, and my fitness center was ranked 10th out of over 7,000 compared fitness centers worldwide.

I am currently the owner of Fitness Methods Personal Training in Houston, Texas and a consultant for fitness centers throghout the Southern United States. I am committed to the success and well being of my clients and enjoy helping them attain their fitness goals. I hold ACE, NASM, AFAA and PFIT-RES certifications. I train in my facility, several buildings downtown, and am available to travel to your home.

What to Expect

I train "from the inside out", meaning I bring the client into better alignment, work on imbalances and on the muscles which stabilize the core including hips and shoulders. I also train "from the bottom up", creating a stable base with good balance. Much like building a house, everything begins with a strong foundation. These methods help my clients achieve their personal fitness goals more quickly, efficiently, and most important...safely!
