Whats up everyone! My Name is Seth with SOR Training, your fat-loss expert! I just wanted to take a moment and introduce myself. I have been a certified personal trainer for 11 years now. There is a quote from Denzel Washington that say "Don't aspire to make a living, aspire to make a difference" and I believe that so strongly! I am so passionate about what I do and I truly want to make a difference in our community! You see, I know what it's like to be overweight as well as very underweight. I have had those emotional food addictions. I know the pains on being stared at, made fun of, having no energy, having no confidence, having those psychological mind blocks that cause you to feel stuck. Like their is no way out. Their are no classes or certifications that can teach you this. That is why I feel like I can connect with my clients at another level because I have been there myself!

Everyone's body and Metabolism are as unique as your own finger print. That is why I have designed the SOR 10X Training Program. It is completely personalized, completely customized towards YOUR body type, YOUR health and fitness goals, YOUR age, male or female. We take tape measurements as well as body fat caliper measurements and weigh in weekly for men and by weekly for women. We review a meal plan journal at every session. We take Progress photos. We review all this info periodically so you can see the changes first hand. This helps keep you motivated and focused on your goals. This is why we have such a high success rate and can GUARANTEE YOU RESULTS! I believe in progression not perfection. We are creating a lifestyle not an obligation.
