About Me

Hi my name is Selene! I am an NASM certified personal trainer and I have lost over 45 lbs myself! I work with clients individually and also in small group settings. I am very passionate in what I do and I love to challenge the body to all limits!

What to Expect

The workout varies depending on your own personal goals. A basic guideline includes a warm up/stretch, skill work for 30-40 minutes, and finish up with a cool down and stretch and of course fun!

I use a combination of weight training or body weight training with bouts of high intensity movements to burn fat and tone up! In my own experience, this style of training gave me the best results!

A client of mine who was 37 at the time, had never enjoyed her workouts She could never stay committed to her workouts. Consistency was her hardest struggle. After just 8 weeks of consistent work, and my suggested nutrition she lost 11lbs! She never came that far and for me, it was the greatest to see her reach a goal she once thought was impossible and to see her smile while doing it.
