I love working with people and am enthusiastic to do so. I am punctual and hardworking. I always excel at every job and thing I do. It’s who I am. I have been working out with extreme intensity since I was in eighth grade, and participated in sports from age three on. My entire workout life I have been asked if I was a personal trainer and advice was requested. Yes, even in eighth grade at the age of 13 people thought I was a personal trainer. I have always helped friends and family assess needed areas of improvement and guided them. It is a profession that has always attracted me, but now is the time. I have experience with calisthenics, park workouts, plyometrics, running and endurance training, cycling training, strength training including hypertrophy and max strength, martial arts, many sport specific training regimens (wrestling, football, and kickboxing primarily), core training, breath work, yoga and flexibility training, powerlifting, strong man competitions (which I won despite being outweighed by more than 100 pounds by some participants), circuit training, military training and marine PFT’s, as well as having a contact ACL tear and rehabbing it to full clearance in three months instead of the typically projected nine to 12. Currently I am training for my yoga teaching certification as well. I have done just about everything in the fitness industry and am eager to share my extensive experience with my clients to get them on their way to creating themselves. Looking forward to hearing from you!

Clients should expect a positive and motivating environment that will challenge them, build them up and reinforce their confidence in their own creative power.
Everyone who works out with me can attest to the drive I instill in them. I successfully helped many members of my sports teams revamp their workouts and gain rapid increases in strength. Personally by the age of 17 (when powerlifting) I benched 405 lbs, squatted 600 lbs, deadlifted 600 lbs, frame deadlifted and walked 100 ft with 700 lbs, performed 30 pull-ups, 100 push-ups in 48 seconds, 100 crunches in 67 seconds, ran three miles in 19:10, all while weighing 205 lbs at 5'9". Since then I have gained a more well rounded wellness background (post ACL tear, had a 300 lbs lineman fall on the side of my knee with a straight leg planted). I am currently undergoing yoga teacher training. I am new to professional training, but have created hundreds of workouts and diets for a variety of people and reasons all with success. I will be attending massage school shortly. Due to my lack of professional experience as a personal trainer you will be getting an amazing value, most personal trainers with my capabilities charge much more.
