I am a highly motivated and inspiring person with an exclusive customer-service base. I love fitness and have been involved in the industry for 30 years ranging from bodybuilding and powerlifting as a teen, to assisting many clients in the Chicagoland area with fat-loss and nutritional planning. My degree as a fitness specialist incorporates; kinesiology, biomechanics, muscle strength and conditioning, exercise physiology, exercise program design, nutrition, group fitness, personal training, lifestyle and weight management consulting.
