Hi, my name is Sean. I worked in the sports nutrition field for a few years straight out of college, but later realized that 8 hours behind a desk wasn't the life for me. I then moved to training out of a corporate gym before moving on my own. It sounds cliche but it is true that fitness is a huge part of my life and a passion of mine. There's certainly a great pride and satisfaction received from helping someone achieve success and change their health for the better.

I want my clients to learn. I pride myself in each session having a purpose, whether it's perfecting a technique, learning new exercises, or learning new workout methods. A typical session starts with a brief warm-up to fire up the central nervous system and muscles, followed by the workout itself which will vary depending on the client's fitness goal.
Anyone who tells you you can't gain muscle and burn fat at the same time is lying. A client of mine named Mike, who was about 40 and already in decent shape, came to me looking for more structure in his workouts. After a few short months seeing me 3-4 times per week, he dropped a few percentage points of body fat while gaining muscle in the process. Beginners aren't the only ones who can see progress quickly!
