About Me

I bring more than 20 years of fitness training experience to busy professionals on the go. Whether clients are seeking to develop a long-term, fully custom-designed fitness package, or simply seeking to get in tip-top shape for an upcoming black-tie gala, my methods do not disappoint. My full fitness and weight-loss approach has been specifically designed to produce the quickest results in a way that continues beyond the gym into everyday life.

A reputation for a quick turn around and a whole-life approach to fitness training has been well established and is further customized by gender. For women, I have designed a program to create toned, athletic results while, in the process, maintaining an elegant, feminine build. In the case of men, I avoid simply building excess mass, in favor of pursuing a masculine athletic appearance.

Upon request, I am also available to lend my expertise "in-home" as well, to clients seeking to design, build or simply utilize existing home gyms. This ensures all my clients will be well equipped to stay in shape, whether at home or in the office.
