About Me

I coach football and wrestling at the high school level. I love being in the gym. The gym and church are my safety grounds. I am happy to teach anyone of any skill level and to show them all I know about lifting and overall nutrition and bodybuilding, and I thoroughly enjoy doing so. Working out is the most fun and satisfying challenge anyone will endeavor in life.

What to Expect

A scheduled routine with a heavy emphasis on form. Each routine will have core workouts and substitution workouts that change weekly to keep the body learning more and constantly working to adapt, thus leading to the loss of fat and the gain of the good stuff.
