I'm the husband of one, father of six and a grandpa to boot! I grew up in the gym. My father would take me with him and I would sit and watch the men workout when I was 9 or 10 years old. Then after a playing basketball, football and participating in track and field, I started coaching and personal training. My life in fitness evolved into what now has been more than 30 years in the industry. I have coached NFL cheerleaders, trained retired NFL quarterback Warren Moon and led fitness boot camps with Marine Sgt. (RET) Harvey Walden IV of Celebrity Fit Club. Throughout my career I have had numerous certifications, NASM and ISSA namely. I have helped hundreds to nearly a thousand clients (when you include my online clients over the years) lose hundreds of pounds and gain the lifestyle that they desired. Some have even said that I've saved their lives. I don't say any of that to pat myself on the back. I mention it because I have an incredible desire to see you succeed. I will do whatever I can to ensure your success. I will always be honest. Being a man of character is more important to me than even YOUR success. Which leads me to one final thing: I have been known to fire clients. I take what I do very seriously and we will have a blast getting you to your goals. However, this is not a game to me. Do what I say and we'll get along fine. Your safety and your health depend on it. My philosophy: It is about starting a revolution within your mind. It is about strength, courage and honor! The STRENGTH to overcome all obstacles and beat the odds that have been stacked against you for so long. The COURAGE to make that decision and never turn back. Your life depends on it. And it takes HONOR. Honor your commitment to change. Let nothing get in the way. Honor your body. Life is a great gift. Don't take it for granted. Honor your body by being a good steward or caretaker. You are fearfully and wonderfully made!

What to Expect

After warming up, be ready to work. My specialty is kinesiology and biomechanics. Properly applying specific principals of movement/motion get the best results out of each and every client no matter what shape you are in. For some, that may include corrective exercises to get things back in line. You will notice that you feel better, have better posture, sleep better and develop a new love for just LIVING! All of this is done while kicking your butt, keeping the intensity up and getting your heart pumping at just the right level for you to see awesome results (This goes for athletes as well. Getting your body to line up and getting the most out of each exercise will cause you to run faster, jump higher and become stronger much faster).

Client Success Story

I have a client that we'll call Mary. Mary is 4 feet 11 inches and was 187 lbs. She was larger around than she is tall. Her body fat percentage was off the charts. We worked together three times per week for a little less than 10 months. When we first started working out she would show up with her entire body covered in sweats. As the time passed she started coming in with her sweatpant legs pushed up above her calves and her sleeves pushed up. Then it was T-shirts, then shorts. By the time we finished she was wearing leggings and sports bras! Mary had lost 73 lbs and put on nearly 10 lbs of muscle. She is 4 feet 11 inches and 114 lbs with 14 percent body fat. She was so excited that she wanted to go outside the gym for her "AFTER" photo and have a mini photo shoot. LOVE HER!
