Hi, my name is Scott. I started personal training after realizing a desk job in finance was not for me. I am a NASM certified personal trainer and love helping people reach their full potential. I really enjoy showing people that working out can be both fun and challenging through many different modalities and approaches to working out such as body weight training and outdoor training.

A typical session with me will include a warm up (including stretching),then a specific workout tailored towards your goals, followed by a cool down.

I've been working with Scott now for about three months and I'm very happy with my progress and with our sessions overall. Scott is a prompt, professional, and knowledgable trainer. He listens intently to what my goals and is able to understand what I need to meet those goals. I've noticed changes in the way my body looks but, more importantly, in what my body can do. Scott conveniently accepts payment via Venmo, which works perfectly for me, and is able to meet me at my local gym, making it easy for me to get to our sessions. We meet about twice weekly and Scott helps to steer me toward certain areas of focus on the days I'm in the gym without him. I look forward to continuing to work with Scott!

I was looking for a trainer for a few months and finally found Scott via this website. Scott has been an absolute breath of fresh air when it comes to our workouts. He listens and caters to my needs and we have made significant progress in the three months that we have been working together. I have lost 15 pounds and gained a bunch of muscle. My body is finally starting to see its old form and I couldn't be happier. He is very flexible with time and also can plan workouts for you if you want to go to the gym without him. On top of that he has also helped me with my meal planning and nutrition habits. Definitely recommend to work with him as I have had many trainers and he is one of the best.
Scott is the best trainer I have ever worked with!
He is the first one to understand that I don’t want to do 79,000 burpees to get shredded. Load me up with some heavy weights and bang out some presses and squats. Results are fast and long lasting.
He’s also been great at adapting to the current limitations with gyms etc...
My friend also starting training w Scott and has lost over 100 pounds and kept it off.

Scott is a great trainer and is willing to go the extra mile with his clients. We've trained outdoors in parks and also in a nearby gym. He stays by your side and helps you push throw the workouts, and you can talk about anything. This guy loves what he's doing!
