My name is Scott! I am both insured and ACSM certified. I was not always interested in fitness. When I was in high school, I was in awful shape. Then I found alternative ways to get and stay in shape. I found that dumbells and my own bodyweight are great alternatives to just running on a tread mills or following a strict heavy lifting regiment. Exercise can and should be dynamic and fun, no matter what level you're starting at.
