I have trained clients through big box gyms, in-home, private studios and corporate settings. Through 15 years as a personal trainer I have seen it all. I focus on functional training and making the most out of our time together. No matter what the age or fitness level, we will establish your strengths and weaknesses and design your program accordingly. No fitness plan is complete without a nutrition plan as well!
