About Me

Since graduating in 2012, I returned to Boston to begin my journey as a coach and expand my knowledge as a personal trainer. I am a personal trainer and a private fundamental skills basketball coach as well as a team basketball coach. I have coached the MABC Bengals fourth and fifth grade boys AAU team, who qualified for the YBOA nationals, and assisted – later taking over – the Junior Celtics program at the Hyde Park YMCA. I am currently the head coach of the Mass Huskies eighth grade girls AAU team, an assistant coach at Mount Ida College as well as a student at the American Academy of Personal Training.

What to Expect

In a typical session every client can expect to be motivated and challenged in a way that will help them reach their fitness goals as effectively and efficiently as possible. Because the end goal of some clients vary, the dynamic of the workout itself will also vary. For example, for a client who wants to lose weight I cannot implement the same workout to that individual as a client who wants to build muscle mass. Nonetheless, every client can expect a quality workout to reach their personal goals.

Client Success Story

One of my younger clients, Taj, came to me after years of trial and error in almost every sport possible. His mother would sign him up and after a few weeks he didn't want to participate anymore. From track to gymnastics, he would dabble but never liked it enough to continue. As is for most young boys, his vice was video games and for a few years that was all he wanted to do. But one day he decided he wanted to take up basketball. His older brother had been playing off and on, and he had even been encouraged to join as well, but up until the beginning of this year it didn't interest him. He is now training with me to to three times a week and the improvements are amazing. You can view them in my videos.
