Hi, my name is Sarah. My fitness journey started over 10 years ago. I began working out as my form of therapy. It was my way to relieve stress and escape the stressers of life. I believe fitness is not just physical but mental as well. Throughout the years, I have tried many different forms of exercising including yoga, Pilates, crossfit, HITT, and bodybuilding.

Training sessions always start with a quick warmup. That could be stretching or light cardio. For the entire hour, I will push you in order to reach your goals. I want my clients to walk away feeling satisfied with their workout and also feeling good about themselves.
14 year old client - When we first started training she was severely overweight and shy (a bit lost in life). Her goal was to lose weight in order to be fit enough to play soccer. She thought she would never be good enough to play in a team. She just didn’t believe in herself. Over the two years we trained together, I became more of a mentor to her and not just a trainer. I coached her through life and gave her guidance. She not only gained self confidence but she also made the soccer team. She continues to thrive and now knows how to life a healthy life, physically and mentally.
