Hi I am Sarah Jane! My mission in life is help individuals achieve the best version of themselves through personal training. My life and fitness journey has been filled with many trials and victories. Every single obstacle that I endured has made me stronger. I work hard and play harder. The race I run is a marathon that is designed for me, therefore I do not compare myself to any other individual. Working with me you will soon learn to do the same.

First and foremost, I don't believe you have to work out for hours on end to achieve results. Depending on your goals, a solid hour of intensity, versatility, and functionality can help you look and feel like much was accomplished. I use various training methods such as HIIT, cardio, weight training, and resistance training to assist you in reaching your goals.
I've had many clients reach and maintain their goals. The primary goal is to lose and maintain your desired weight. I've had clients lose 20 pounds from my training programs but lose even more because they learned how to maintain their success. Numbers are great to have as targets, but the real sign of success is can you be consistent enough so your hard work does not go to waste.
