About Me

Hi, my name is Sarah. I had the normal athletic experiences through school, nothing remarkable, I didn't fall in love with exercising until after I reached a point in my life where it made me cringe to think about doing anything physical! After having my second child and going on 220 pounds, I reached my breaking point. Over the course of two years I lost 70 pounds and gained a passion for fitness and life again. I felt the calling to become a trainer to spread the joy a healthy lifestyle can foster. I received my certification from the International Sports Science Association in August of 2013. I have been training clients from the day my certificate arrived and have never been happier!
