About Me

My name is Sarah. I have a bachelor's degree in psychology, which I used to work as a substance abuse counselor for a few years. In 2016 I had had enough of the jacked up social services system and decided to change career paths. I chose to get into personal training because I was very into my own health and fitness, but also it allowed me to still work in a job that was helping people, just in a completely different way. It turned out that I made the right decision because not only am I actually a pretty awesome trainer, but I LOVE what I do. I never wake up in the morning moaning and groaning about going to work.

What to Expect

Sessions with me are completely based around the client and their needs and wants. No two clients are going to have the same session with me. I like to break the days down into lower body, upper body, or full body (depending on how many sessions per week purchased). I utilize a huge variety of equipment, such as balls, bands, free weights, and machines - to name a few. I want to get you to where you want to be, so sessions with me will be hard, but I will tell you this: it will be worth it!! You won't be sorry about training with me!
