About Me

Hi, my name is Sarah. I am a wife and mother of three grown daughters and have persuaded movement and exercise most of my adult life. I have interest and certifications in many areas of fitness including being a personal trainer, registered Texas yoga teacher with over 500 hours. I also have training in kids and adult aerial yoga training with Unnata and Yogapeutrics, TRX and Hyperwear. My favorite type of workout is outside using nature as your guide and inspiration for creative natural primal movements. I try to make working out fun and a little playful because then it doesn't feel like work!!

What to Expect

Each workout session will be customized based on clients goals and fitness level. We will start out our session with a quick check in, some dynamic stretching and joint mobility . The session will vary depending on your goals but will included a full body workout or focus on a particular area of the body. Most sessions can include stretching, cardio, strenght training and fun but most of all the goal is to leave you with a feeling of accomplishment and give you the mindset to keep thriving!
