Hi, my name is Sarah. I love helping others fall in love with working out they way I have. I am 21-years-old and am currently studying exercise science. I love to work out, eat lots of food, and watch sports. I love to try new foods and recipes so I'm very open to sharing new healthy recipes with people! I'm super friendly and love to dance and listen to music while I workout too!

What to Expect

You can expect to have a lot of fun!! I love to listen to fun, upbeat music or throw on some rap when needed! I'm all about encouraging others so you can expect me to be your own personal hype-woman! We will put in some good quality hard work and have fun doing it!
