About Me

Hi! My name is Sandra. I’m a student at Georgia Tech studying Biomedical Engineering with a physiology minor. I am founder of an online training app called Alectrona Fitness. Alectrona was the Ancient Greek goddess of the sun. She took people on journeys to a higher plane of consciousness and of learning. This idea embodies my training philosophy. My goal is to guide my clients on the path to healthier and happier living whether online or in person.

What to Expect

A client can expect a training session to be completely tailored to their goals and needs whatever that may be: weightlifting, stretching, HIIT training, swimming, etc.

Sandra will definitely give you a hard workout. Her workouts have always been fun & she gives you exercises for different days working different muscles. She will push you to be your best but never pushes so hard you break. Workouts have always been created & done for just what I want to work on. If I want abs everyday I get abs everyday but they will be different ab workouts. Sandra has always made sure I am doing things right too so I don’t get hurt. Always leave the gym sweating & sore after a workout with Sandra but it is so worth it to see the results. My form for lifting is better & I can lift more now than I could a year ago.
