Hey heeeey! My name is Samira, but everyone calls me Sam! I am a certified trainer, and I have been training and doing what I love for almost 4 years now. I grew up an athlete, but I didn't always remain in the best shape after my days of playing sports was over. I decided that one day I wanted to feel like my old athletic self again and do everything I can to remain my most healthy self. For me, fitness isn't just about your physical state. It's about your mental state as well.
I like to create a fun atmosphere when I am training, and set a vibe of nothing short of positivity and a space where you can be open and yourself. I will challenge you to be your best, and you'll leave each session feeling accomplished.
I once had a client who was 75 years old. She became my client not too long after she had a stroke. I worked with her for a couple of months, and throughout that time she gained much of her strength back that she had lost from the stroke. She was very successful throughout the rest of the sessions that we had together.
