I believe that a good trainer is able to balance out meeting the clients goals in a fun a effective manner which is why I provide a 40 page PDF to all of my clients that goes much further than just the exercises we do together, but an in depth explanation of the importance of proper diet, exercises, nutrition, and supplements that will help you reach your goal.
