Hi, my name is Samantha. I am a new trainer to the fitness industry however, I have been training on my own and with others for roughly the last 2-3 years. Before I started training I played some sports here and there, participated in different group runs, and generally tried to be as active as I could be in my every day life. I am extremely interested in everything the health and fitness industry has to offer and I fully intend to continue my education in more specific areas of training, kinesiology, nutrition, holistic medicine, and the list goes on and on from there.

Sessions will vary based on your personal goals and time dedicated to your training. Generally, however, I prefer to incorporate a lot of functional and compound movements into my programs. At this time I believe it is the best way to get you feeling, moving, looking the way that you want to. I am here to support and motivate you inside and outside of our sessions. I like to have fun when I work out and I want you to get the same experience while we work together.
I have a client, whom I'm still training, that came to me slightly overweight with terrible pain in both knees and a doctors order to do no type of impact activity or anything that seemed to aggravate the pain (bending down, twisting, ect.). Needless to say, a week passed working together and no pain and that trend continued for a month. At that time we took updated measurements, body fat percentage, and weight which resulted in a total of 6" lost throughout her entire body and 3% less body fat, in just 1 month! We are still training and continuing to progress.
