Just been working with Sam for 2 weeks. Really enjoy the sessions. We would definitely recommend him. He is very knowledgeable and friendly and helpful. He has been extremely helpful getting my son into the mind set of working out and the proper way to do this. We are trying to get him ready to apply to the Coast Guard and be ready for Boot Camp and Sam has really helped him start the process.
Sam is a smart individual who really learns who you are and what your body needs before he creates a workout routine. He knows how to personalize a workout specifically for you. He also know how to work around injuries. Definitely a solid choice for a personal trainer.
