Hi, my name is Sam and I am a 20 year old fitness fanatic! I am extremely versatile which allows me to keep workouts new and exciting each time. I only have three rules for my sessions:
1.) always be having fun (we will stop what we are doing and do something new if you are ever not enjoying the activity)
2.) Always use correct form and breathing technique.
3.) Stop immediately if feeling pain
