My name is Sam Bertrams and I have been a personal trainer and group exercise instructor since 2016. I have also worked as a lifestyle coach in a pre-diabetes program as well as an exercise instructor in a cancer survivors program. The greatest part about my job is the reaction from my clients and participants. The connections I have made through my work have been so impactful on my life. I now know what my passion and my calling is in life. It’s motivating people to become better versions of themselves through fitness. When you work with me as a trainer, you will know that I always have your back and I will do everything in my power to help you succeed.

Typical sessions with me are very simple and to the point. I am not there to throw a bunch of scientific terms at you or prove how much I know. These sessions are not about me, they are about YOU. So I am there to get you moving and sweating. If we have an hour session, I can promise we will get the most we can get out of that hour. I also believe in taking time between sets to rest and drink plenty of water.
I have two clients that are brother and sister, Grace and Anthony. When I first met them, they could both barely do a sit-up or pushup and were lacking a lot of confidence. After 24 sessions, they are now both doing push-ups and sit-ups as well as multiple other exercises with ease. They are happier and laugh more and seem like completely different people. It has been a blessing to watch them grow as athletes and as people. It brings a smile to my face every time I meet with them.
