Hello, my name is Saj and I have been working out since I was 10-years-old. What motivated me to go on my fitness journey was the bullying I experience because I was on the overweight side. From then on, I promised myself to let my haters be my motivators and to put in a 100 percent everyday and work on what is the most challenging thing for me- whether that be physically or emotionally. Earlier this year, I decided to take my fitness education and share it those who are around me and need help! I recently gained my ISSA certification in personal training!

When I am in a training session with a single client, I pay attention to how the client is pushing themselves. I make sure that every form is perfect, to avoid any type of injury, and I make sure that the client is pushing themselves to the max to see results! Expect to sweat. Because if you're not sweating, you're not working, and you WILL NOT see results!
I am my biggest client success story. I took myself from being an overweight, bullied, child to an individual who workout on a day to day basis, takes care of my diet, and everyday works hard to make sure I tackle the one thing I hate about myself, and make it the thing I love about myself.
