Hello! I'm a certified Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise (ACE). I've been training for a little over 2 years but have been an avid fitness enthusiast for over 10 years. I've trained people from all walks of life and understand that everyone has their own motivator and exercises they enjoy. I try to mix things up to keep things new and exciting but I also make sure that safety is my number one priority!

A typical training session can last anywhere from 30 to 60 mins depending on each client's time restraint. I mix things up with body-weight exercises, dumbbells, bands and TRX. I always make sure to start each session with a warm up and end with a stretching session. Feedback is always welcome so we can make adjustments to each workout and make sure its enjoyable for you!
I have helped a client in his mid 40s who had lost most range of motion in his lower back because of excess weight and sitting at a desk for 8+ hours a day. We started off the sessions with light work to just get the body use to physical activity. Eventually we were able to get rid of his lower back pain which was causing restrictions in his daily life! He's still a client and we're now working a new goal.
