I offer in-home and online personal training options. Outside of being a personal trainer, I have a background as a healthcare professional, with experience as an Athletic Trainer and EMT. I am determined to help you reach your goals and will request feedback from you every step of the way. Whether that’s for in-home or online personal training, I want to tweak as necessary according to what’s working and what’s not or what you like and what you don’t like. We are a team, and I can’t wait to walk alongside you on your journey! My specialties are: corrective exercise, rehabilitation, trigger point/myofascial release, functional movement and helping you get out of pain (or knowing where to refer you).

What to Expect

I will ask questions along the way, and also educate on why we are doing what we're doing. We'll spend some time on mobility, then strengthening, balance and a cool-down. I want you to be challenged, yet experience victories each session.
