As an Italian chef I studied nutrition because I wanted to know what I was serving to my clients, and in the process I realized how important food is for our health. During those years I also started working out with a personal trainer and that is when my passion for fitness began. What brought me to become a personal trainer is the desire to help people lose weight, be healthy and enjoy life. By experience I know this is a hard path to walk alone so I became also a health coach to be able to support my clients in the process of a permanent life change that puts them in control of their bodies. I train at my client's residence or at local parks.

I build a personalized program to reach the goal of each client, considering the personal situation of each of them. My clients and I will work hard together, with a challenging and fun routine that will be modified to be always stimulating and new, and I will be there every step of the way until the achievement of their goals.
One client was 56 years old and weighed 185 lbs. He had a history of diet failures and wasn't exercising. After two months he is now 168 pounds, eating a mostly vegan diet and runs three miles every day. He is in the process of losing 10 more lbs.
