My mission is to aid in decreasing the obesity rate by promoting a healthy and holistic lifestyle through healthy habits, consistent physical activity, and nutritional education. I find purpose in being a fitness coach and have a passion for helping others envision, reach, and exceed their goals. I graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology, with a concentration in Exercise Science from California State University, Sacramento (CSUS) and hold an American Council on Exercise (ACE) Certification. As I specialize in weight loss, I train a wide-range of people who have various fitness and nutritional goals and have over nine years of experience working in private studios and commercial gyms, interning at the Sacramento State Strength and Conditioning Program, and have military training in the USMC. You receive a complimentary one-hour consultation that is included in my fitness coaching. The goal of the consultation is for us to discuss your personal nutrition and fitness goals and how we, as a team, will go about meeting those goals. Throughout our personal fitness coaching, we will explore various exercise techniques, proper form and breathing, and numerous ways of stretching in addition to how to understand and apply nutrition. What to Expect

A typical training session starts with a friendly hello and handshake, 5 minute warm up with performance between last session and the current moment, a motivated workout that is individualized for each person, stretching/cooldown, and a friendly goodbye and feedback from the completed session.
