A client can expect that no individual training session will be the same. I am constantly adding new techniques or routines into my training to keep the body guessing and constantly improving.

I've enjoyed the flexibility in my training regimen with Ryan. He incorporated my specific goals of gaining more muscle specially in my chest, shoulders, and biceps. His training style incorporates methods that are effective with my age using super sets, drop sets, and forced reps. Ryan thank you for holding me accountable to reach my goal! Good luck to you

Ryan helped me start losing weight after my career as a dancer finished and I started eating everything I see.
Ryan evaluated me i.e weight, height, body fat% etc. and designed a workout for me. We worked together for a few months, no workout session was the same and it was my first time working with a personal trainer; Ryan is patient, knowledgeable, persistent, fun, friendly and a professional.
I saw results almost immediately and it inspired me to keep going and pushing myself, I’ve lost 20 lbs in one year!
Hire Ryan and you won’t be sorry, just sore and happy!
He is a really nice guy and knows what he is doing.
It can be a struggle as a single parent who balances work and a kiddo to find the time and energy to workout. I took the plunge and felt it best to setup personal training sessions to learn the correct form and also by meeting someone at the gym, it holds me accountable and keeps me motivated.
Ryan has been wonderful and I’m so glad I signed up for a personal trainer! He’s flexible with my hectic schedule and he pushes me to step outside my comfort zone to challenge my body and I love the results I’m getting. I feel stronger and want to push myself further.
Ryan knows correct form and is a stickler for it. He makes sure you are using equipment correctly, your stance is correct, position of your arms, and the motion of the exercise. This is so important as many gym goers have terrible form and don’t even realize it, which can lead to injury and prevent the results you’re wanting to see in your body.
He’s personable and genuine, not a meat head either. We started with 30 min sessions 2x/week and now train for a 60min session 1x/week. He’s not on his phone or distracted when working one on one. Trainers can be expensive, but it’s worth it if you have one that actually cares about your goals and is dedicated to helping you get those results. I highly recommend Ryan!
Ryan was the best personal trainer I've ever had. He helped me get to that next level of fitness that I had been trying to achieve in the past few months. Being in the military, he understood my needs and tailored the workouts to those needs which helped me achieve my goals. Each workout lasted anywhere from 45 - 60 mins. During that time he was always focused and took his profession seriously. He also offered some great tips for outside the gym, i.e. recovery and nutrition.
What a motivator! Kept me working and kept changing it up. I experienced a lot of progress in a short amount of time with Ryan. CAUTION: He's a task master! Be ready!
Ryan has helped me reshape my body and my mind. I live with managing PTSD, depression, and a panic anxiety disorder. These disorders leave me with loads of insecurities and vulnerabilities. Ryan helped me boost my confidence through boxing and heavy weightlifting. With his support I’ve discovered that I’m a fighter and learned to never give up. I was already in good shape but thanks to him and his creative exercises I’ve achieved a level of strength and fitness I didn’t think I was capable of and now I’m in great shape; even doing pull-ups and I’m in my forties. Thanks Ryan!
