I believe in lifting my clients up, boosting their confidence, challenging them to push beyond mental and physical obstacles. I teach as I train and no session is the same. Each workout is designed for that specific client, their capabilities, strengths and weaknesses and goals. I use scientifically proven progression techniques to ensure you're staying safe while still progressing and being challenged. Every workout if different. I use modalities including battle ropes, free weights, barbells, bosu, TRX, resistance bands, kettle bells, sand bags and more. I believe in lifestyle changes, not crash or fad diets. Ruby was the first trainer i ever worked with and it was a wonderful experience for me. i waited until my 60s to start to work out and Ruby made it a pleasure for me. i was a bit intimidated in the beginning but she made me feel very safe and motivated. i would love to be able to work with her again, but she moved away from me.
