I am a certified personal trainer and a firm believer in teaching clients, friends and family about a lifestyle of health and fitness. I have my personal training certifications by the American College of Sports Medicine and American Academy, previous experience working for work fitness and New York Sports Club. I now works as an independent trainer, guiding my clients to accomplish their fitness goals whether they are weight loss, muscle gain or just to lose body fat. I offer strength training, circuit training and conventional boxing. Through different exercise and fitness programs you will see great results! I work with my clients to guide them through a proper exercise progression. I try to maintain a high level of safety while striving to reach their full potential. Extensive exercise and fitness is the perfect way to achieve all weight loss and fitness goals. All in all, I am passionate and devoted to improving health in myself and in others.
