About Me

My name is Roxanne and I'm a certified group fitness coach/instructor. My goal is to help you get the results you're searching for and give you the tools to keep up the New way of life approach to a new healthier, stronger YOU! I teach for the City of Kent, LA Fitness, City of Federal Way -Aquatic Fitness and King County Housing- Pilot program to getting residents learn about Fitness. I've always been in a gym and I have struggled with my weight as well. I have a studio/gym at my home with cardio equipment, free weights, stability balls, resistance bands and more! My schedule is pretty flexible and my methods stick!

What to Expect

50 min to 1 hr of cardio, weights and core. I address head to toe at every session and I let my clients tell me what they want to focus on and then we discuss a plan/strategy for that week.

I have been working with Roxanne for almost a year doing a water aerobics class twice a week. Roxanne is a amazing trainer. If you can’t do something she will accommodate for you. She doesn’t push you to do something you can’t do. When I started with her she did everything possible to help me. She held me accountable for showing up and working out. If you couldn’t come she would do anything and everything to help you. She always goes out of her way to be there for anything. Roxanne is my favorite and I wouldn’t ask for a better trainer. She treats you like family.
