Hello! My name is Ross and I've been a personal trainer for about 2 years, but I've been into fitness since high school. I started out in karate then went on to running, then on to triathlon training and weight lifting. I love working with people to help them discover what kind of fitness that they enjoy.

We start with a fitness assessment where we go over all your goals and identify any muscle imbalances you may have. Then I make a personalized fitness program that corrects the imbalances for injury prevention, then we work towards your goals and beyond!
I had a client with so much shoulder pain that she couldn't even sleep at night or put her hand above her head. After about a month of working with me, she has gained significant mobility in her shoulder and has no more pain. She has also gained a lot of confidence in her physical abilities as well.
