Hi, my name is Ron. Six years ago I moved from Vancouver to LA to pursue a career in health and fitness. During this time I have worked with various clientele of all genders and fitness levels.

What to Expect

Clients can expect a training regime that is designed based on their unique wants and needs. During our first session we will discuss your exercise history, current fitness goals, nutrition, and fitness level. Together we will come up with a plan to reach our goal in an efficient period of time.

Expect every workout to be challenging. Nothing in life comes easy, and I believe hard work along with discipline is the key to your success.
