About Me

My name is Romel and I am a certified strength coach. My workouts are designed for functional training, which means that they are designed to make you stronger, more flexible, more toned, and to help you lose fat. I typically work seven days a week, mornings through evenings. My schedule does fill up pretty quickly, so if you could let me know 2 or 3 days this upcoming week that you are available to come in, I will do my best to accommodate you. What to Expect

Each client will experience a unique style workout that will fit needs and reach goals. Each workout is designed for functionality. every Client has different goals and fitness is not a one size fit all type approach. Each training session is made to build confidence inside the gym as well as outside the gym.

Romel is a very responsible and AWESOME trainer. He will help you make a fitness plan according to your requirements and conditions, and he is very patient. Unlike other trainers, he doesn't ask you not to eat or eat less. Instead, he offers reasonable eating advice, so there's no pressure on you. Working out with him is never boring because he always has new ideas, so every class is very interesting. More importantly, he's a good friend who CARES about you.
