I speak Russian and English and am a certified personal training professional with a passion for designing exercise and nutrition programs that maximize workout efficiency, improve fitness, increase stamina, and develop an overall sense of well being.

What to Expect

Your initial assessment session with me is a necessity. Individualized goals will be discussed and your fitness level will be assessed. The importance of this procedure is for me to create a personalized fitness program that will guide you toward your goals in the most efficient,effective and enjoyable matter possible. It all starts with creating the main goal and breaking it down into mini-goals. I see you want to lose weight so in your case you would follow a calorie deficit program. It will be done by you logging your food through the day. I will also advise on things to avoid to eat and maybe follow some intermittent fasting schedule. From a training point, you will be hitting both your anaerobic system and aerobic system. With me, you will be doing anaerobic exercises where I can pay close attention to your form, sets, reps, and making the required changes to your program every 6-8 weeks as your body adapts. I will be assigning you homework for you to do aerobic exercises on days you do not train with me. As we train I will be reviewing your accomplishments, advising on any arising struggles, and disciplining when mini-goals aren't met. For example, if in a given week you have gained weight than during our session you will be assigned 30 burpees in addition to whatever exercises you must do. I will also suggest you purchase a Fitbit watch that has a heart rate monitor and that we train once a week on the weekends. I prefer to train at Al Oerter Recreation Center its membership fee is around $50 for 6 months. Body composition is to be reassessed every four to six weeks to monitor progress.
