Hi, my name is Rohan Srinivasan, i've been a Personal Trainer for 3+ years and loved every second if it. I love to always make my clients feel welcome and know there goals will be accomplished. I have many certifications in the fitness industry and will always give a workout plan followed by a diet plan tailored to ones needs. As a Personal Trainer who is also certified in Nutrition, its important to realize that I care about ones diet and what there allergic to or certain food they either need to take or avoid. This helps me know what the client needs not only when they eat but how we train as well! A client can expect a good productive workout. Most importantly, the type of training session they will have will be based on what they want to do and what they want to achieve. If my client is trusting me, I will listen to them as to what goals they have in mind and I will make sure they achieve it.
My aim is to make sure my clients goals are achieved as a self taught trainer who didn't have any trainer to rely on 5 years ago, I wanted to become one so I could share my knowledge and make sure the clients gets what they've been working so hard for. I have no doubt that whatever goals they have in mind will be sure to achieve it!
