Hello, I'm Rog and I've resistance training for over 15 years. I am a certified personal trainer through The National Academy of Sports Medicine.
I've done work in the strength and conditioning and hypertrophy areas of physical fitness with beginners all the way to college athletes.
What to Expect
Depending on what the client's ultimate goals are , a typical training session will consist of a moderately intense resistance circuit training rotation of either a full body or split upper/lower body workout mixed with low levels of cardiovascular activity.
Set a goal, stick to it, and success will become reality.
