Depending on what the client's ultimate goals are , a typical training session will consist of a moderately intense resistance circuit training rotation of either a full body or split upper/lower body workout mixed with low levels of cardiovascular activity. Set a goal, stick to it, and success will become reality.
I have a current client who achieved her weight loss goal in just 6 months after giving birth to her second child. She was also able to complete a half marathon.
